Advanced Drying Techniques - 1 CEC
Once you've earned your WRT and ASD certifications, enroll in this expert 1-day class. You'll be introduced to high-level techniques and applications not generally covered in other courses. Build your knowledge of drying through the study of commercial structural design, HVAC design and humidity control, gym floor construction, and the use of industrial ancillary equipment. For those seeking innovative drying solutions and problem-solving skills that are "outside of the box."

IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) - 2 CEC's
This 3-day course examines the broad field of water damage restoration, including the basics of: Industry Scope, Psychrometry 101, Drying Equipment, and Standard Practices and Forms. Designed for technicians and those new to the water damage field. IICRC exam available upon completion. This three-day course includes a copy of Leadership in Restorative Drying triple workbook and resource manual.

IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
Provides in-depth study of the science of drying with the industry’s top instructors. This four-day course includes ample hands-on experience and copy of Leadership in Restorative Drying triple workbook and resource manual. Approximately half of this four-day course is hands-on practice and application. Certification: IICRC Applied Structural Drying Technician. Prerequisite: WRT.

WRT & ASD Combination Event
Combines the complete Water Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying courses into a single 5-day program. For many, combining the WRT and the ASD means less time away from work and a significant reduction of travel expense. The Combined Course a great way to bring new staff fully up to speed or to provide a comprehensive review of the principles of restoration science and technique. The course includes all the information and learning experiences provided by the separate courses and a copy of the Leadership in Restorative Drying triple workbook and resource manual. Successful attendees receive both WRT and ASD certifications.

Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS)
Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) is an advanced drying concepts and management course. The focus of this class is on commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential buildings. The goal of this course is to teach students the composition of commercial structures, advanced inspection techniques, advanced psychrometric charting, and the details required to manage a large drying project.

Upholstery Fabric Technician (UFT)
The Upholstery Fabric Technician Course extensively covers all aspects involved in upholstery cleaning from its construction through the finest details of fabric cleaning and restoration. Emphasis is stressed on higher end fabrics and problem solving. Extensive time is spent on hands-on cleaning and procedures. Leather cleaning is a separate course offered by some IICRC Approved Schools.

Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
This course is oriented to the residential carpet cleaner. It covers all information in great detail needed to clean and restore residential carpets. Students are taken to a complete journey thru a carpet’s life cycle, from it’s inception as a filament to carpet needing to be cleaned and restored. Time is dedicated to problem solving and presenting time saving procedures while stressing performance quality and service. There is time set aside for hands on carpet cleaning, as well as hands on spot and stain removal.

Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician (CCMT)
This commercial carpet cleaning course is designed to train the carpet cleaning technician in all aspects of commercial carpet cleaning. This course is a basic skills course designed to stress high production and fast drying systems. Students are given a wide range of basic information on cleaning and problem solving. Students are also given a study in the wide picture of the surroundings of a commercial setting for which they will be performing cleaning, including measuring, and exterior conditions that may affect their performance and results. Multiple Commercial Case Studies are presented and students are brought to each virtual commercial carpet cleaning job site and asked to demonstrate procedure and problem solving for each case study.
